I love little vases filled with sweet peas and roses, they smell heavenly and certainly brighten up a room. Keep cutting the sweet peas and they just keep flowering all summer.
Mostly Rosa Gertrude Jekyll but also an unknown old rose planted long ago but still flowering strongly

There is something delightful about picking flowers you have grown yourself to pop in a vase. You don't need a huge garden to be able to do this, there are lots of plants that continue to flower through the summer and actually produce more flowers the more you pick them.
If you'd like advice on including flowers for cutting in your garden, starting to grow your own veg or encouraging wildlife into your garden and improving its biodiversity, then please do get in touch.
