Garden Coaching

The benefits of being outside in nature are well documented, even better if you can ally this with physical activity. Gardening really fits the bill. It's great for your physical and mental health, and much joy can be found in planting a seed and watching it grow! So why not do more of it yourself? 

This beautiful garden belongs to a lovely client of mine. She is already a great gardener, but likes support, advice and a bit of coaching for some horticultural tasks such as rose pruning and dividing perennials in Autumn and Spring.
